예술감옥(Jail of Art, 이하 '서비스')은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다. 서비스는 현재 무료로 운영되며 유료 결제 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

업로드한 작품 이미지와 소개, 작품 검색 시 입력한 검색어·이미지는 AI 분석(Google Gemini)을 위해 전달될 수 있습니다.
서비스는 이용 통계 분석을 위해 PostHog를 사용합니다. 로그인한 회원의 이용 기록은 회원 식별값(계정 ID)과 연결되며, 이메일·이름은 PostHog로 전송하지 않습니다.
2-1. 작품 이미지 이용 허락
작가는 작가 등록 시 업로드(또는 Instagram 연동으로 선택)한 작품 이미지에 대해, 서비스가 플랫폼 내 포트폴리오 및 3D 갤러리 전시 목적에 한해 해당 이미지를 게재하는 것을 허락합니다. 작품 이미지의 저작권은 작가에게 그대로 있으며, 이 허락은 위 목적 외에는 적용되지 않습니다.
작가는 언제든지 jailofart@gmail.com으로 허락의 철회 또는 이미지 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 이용약관을 참고해 주세요.
3. 보유 및 파기
개인정보는 보유기간의 경과, 처리 목적의 달성 등으로 불필요하게 되었을 때 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 다른 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 경우에는 해당 법령이 정한 기간 동안 다른 개인정보와 분리하여 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
파기할 때에는 복구 또는 재생되지 않도록 조치합니다. 이용자는 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
서비스 제공을 위해 아래 업체의 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외 서버에 저장·처리될 수 있습니다. 이전 국가 등 세부 사항은 문의 시 안내합니다.

서비스는 Google AdSense 광고를 게재하며, Google은 쿠키 등을 이용해 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 Google 광고 설정에서 맞춤 광고를 관리할 수 있고, 브라우저 설정으로 쿠키를 거부할 수 있습니다.
또한 이용 통계 분석을 위해 PostHog 쿠키와 브라우저 로컬 저장소를 사용합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키와 사이트 데이터를 거부하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. jailofart@gmail.com으로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

Uploaded artwork images and bios, and search text or images you enter, may be sent for AI analysis (Google Gemini).
We use PostHog to analyze usage statistics. For signed-in members, usage records are linked to the member identifier (account ID); email and name are not sent to PostHog.
2-1. Permission to display artwork images
When registering, artists permit the Service to display the artwork images they upload (or select through an Instagram connection) solely for portfolio presentation and 3D gallery exhibition within the platform. Copyright in the artwork images remains with the artist, and this permission does not extend beyond that purpose.
Artists may withdraw this permission or request removal of images at any time by emailing jailofart@gmail.com. See the Terms of Service for details.
3. Retention and deletion
We delete personal information without delay once it is no longer needed, for example when the retention period ends or the purpose of processing is achieved. Where another law requires us to keep it, we store it separately from other data for the period that law requires and then delete it.
Deletion is carried out so that data cannot be recovered or reproduced. You may request deletion at the email address below.
4. Service providers and overseas transfer
We use the services below, and personal information may be stored and processed on servers outside your country. Details such as the destination country are available on request.

The Service displays Google AdSense ads, and Google may use cookies to serve them. You can manage personalized ads in Google Ads Settings and refuse cookies in your browser settings.
We also use PostHog cookies and browser local storage to analyze usage statistics. You can refuse or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, and you can still use the Service.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent regarding your personal information. Email jailofart@gmail.com and we will act without delay.
