Meaning that once you fall into art, it is as difficult to escape from its charm as being imprisoned — and secretly, you don't want to escape either.
About · Jail of Art
Hello,
Welcome to the
prison of art.
A space created for those who know how to imprison themselves in the art of escaping the difficult and complex everyday life — to only see, hear, and enjoy art. We continuously think about how the essence of art can be easily conveyed to the public.
I have always been interested in art but had many thoughts about artworks with relatively high price ranges. Size, artist career, fame, artistic quality, rarity, provenance, and condition are commonly mentioned as elements of value.
However, most of those elements are factors for pricing artworks, not for evaluating the essence of art. I believe the true essence is the artistic quality of comfort and inspiration the work provides.
This varies according to the artist's life, values, and the circumstances under which the work was created. I want to focus more on artworks as a part of life — not as luxury goods.

Jail of Art
A logo combining the letters A, R, T of the English word for art and the iron bars symbolizing a 'prison'.
With the phrase 'Imprisoned in Art', it intuitively explains the meaning of Jail of Art — the beautiful trap you never want to leave.
